In addition to the electronic and mechanical integration, we took care of the software part by installing theOS on the PCs via Linux Ubuntu. This procedure includes the integration of ROS (Robot Operating System) and various packages essential to the smooth operation of the components.
Another tool deployed is VNC (Virtual Network Computing), which enables remote connection to the on-board computer desktop via a dedicated page. This enables the status of the computer to be monitored in real time, as well as the information fed back by the sensors built into the kit.

Our engineers have designed the 1st autonomous safety and security robot made in France .
It has been designed to adapt as closely as possible to the world of site safety and security: colour, materials, edges, shape of the shell, etc.
The various software and AI functions were also designed by our in-house teams. Everything has been designed to ensure that the robot is autonomous during its rounds and carries out business tasks on its own.
Its autonomy comes from the fusion of data from the many sensors present on the robots: 3D lidar, GPS antenna, HD cameras, inertial unit and other sensors… and the many AI algorithms on board.
The GR100 outdoor mobile robots use deepneural networks that we have designed and trained.
By operating on very different sites, the robots’ deep learning system enables us to continually evolve the software, making the robots more and more efficient.

Our design office has developed a C by Apave-certified collaborative palletiser to meet the needs of industry.
With its extended reach (2000 mm extension) and load capacity of up to 30 kg, it can handle a wide range of formats and product types. Its compact, moveable structure makes it easy to fit into tight spaces.
With its 17 integrated safety functions and C by Apave certification, it guarantees a safe working environment for your operators.
This palletiser has a repeatability of 0.1 mm, ensuring consistent, reliable handling of your products. Its collaborative speed of up to 5 strokes per minute and its ability to handle cartons weighing up to 30 kg significantly improve your throughput rate, enabling continuous optimisation of your production processes.
The palletiser’s structure, weighing 300 kg, provides a solid, modular base for adaptation to a variety of environments. With a pallet docking system and motorised column option, it meets a variety of palletising needs.
Its palletising software makes it easy to customise palletising layouts with an intuitive drag & drop interface.
Autonomous robot, ROS, data fusion, mobile base
The Shadow Runner RR100 is a medium-sized outdoor mobile robotic platform equipped with agricultural wheels and a double Ackermann steering system, enabling it to tackle a wide range of terrain.
Our team has equipped the RR100 with high-performance sensors, enabling the robot to be used or customised quickly for a wide variety of projects.
The robot does not come with built-in navigation, so it’s up to you to install the ROS libraries of your choice. We deliver a robot on which the sensors and the PC are integrated, with Linux and ROS installed on the PC, as well as the motor drivers.
The robot is then completely open so that you can install your own ROS libraries, with all the sensors and actuators accessible. The electrical and mechanical diagrams are available and you have access to the entire PC.
